PROGRESSION: A 12-Week Plan from Intermediate to Advanced Flexibility (eBook)
Ready to take your flexibility to the next level? PROGRESSION is a structured 12-week program designed to help you turn the flexibility you’ve already built into advanced skills, greater range of motion, strength, and control.
With just three focused workouts per week, you’ll work toward four key flexibility goals: Front Splits, Middle Splits, Elbow to Toe, and Backbend.
What’s Inside the E-book
Structured 12-Week Program: Train three times a week with a rotating focus on Lower Body, Full Body, and Upper Body. Each workout follows a structured progression designed to challenge your flexibility without overcomplicating your training.
Instructional Videos Included: Tap the red icon throughout the eBook to access video demonstrations for every exercise. See exactly how each movement should be performed as you work through the program.
48 Flexibility Exercises: Progress beyond the basics with exercises that develop deeper ranges of motion, active flexibility, end-range strength, and control.
Train Advanced Flexibility Skills: Your training is built around four major goals: Front Splits, Middle Splits, Elbow to Toe, and Backbend. Instead of just becoming more flexible, you’ll learn how to use that flexibility.
Intermediate to Advanced: PROGRESSION is designed for people who already have a flexibility foundation and are ready for a greater challenge. If you’re brand new to flexibility training, we recommend starting with FOUNDATION first.
Instant Access: Start training right away. After purchase, check your email for the download link.

from 18 reviewsI love this simple stretching guide and it’s so cool to see the progress every week.
I used to be a gymnast and was EXTREMELY flexible in my youth and thru college but of course I lost it when I got older and quit working out daily.
Now I’m loosening up again and I feel so good in my body!
Thanks for creating this💖
I have Flexy goals and this is going to help me reach them! Thanks David for all of your great info!!
Simply what I have been looking for! Have been following David on Insta for quite a while. Saved his posts but never found a way to combine them. This book makes it simple and have already within a week helped me a lot.
Thank you David!
Best Regards,

This is exactly what I needed after gym workouts. It's such a functional guide. I also appreciate the motivational videos each week. Thanks, David!
He is great. Amazing information.
Great manual. Well put together and well worth the $
Thanks so much for putting this together.… Exactly what I hoped it would be and more! Love the links to all the videos!
I struggle with bad posture, partly because I have a poor sense of where my limbs are (I am on the autistic spectrum) and I have too much flexibility (or rather poor control, the tonus is lacking in my movements).
After just one routine, I was mind blown (and this even though I couldn't finish many of the reps to respect my body limits). My mouvements were more stable and I was naturally using muscle group I have normally a hard time using (I have that problem where I use the wrong muscle group when walking).
I do note that I do not "relax" in a movement, Engaging the muscle group that stabilize the movement of the stretch.
I love the fact I can click on the videos to have a refresh and the real good example in movement.
In conclusion this routine helps with my posture, stability and thus with the pain I had. Sleeping is more peaceful now that my back knows how to handle itself.
Thank you David for coming up with such great tools.
It's Fantastic! My legs and back feel never felt like this before, and I thought I was going to have this limp forever. Turned out i needed good proper stretches. Thank you!
As advertised, it’s simple stretch routine that stretches a whole body and I found it to be very useful and I feel a lot better after doing it. I would recommend this guys products.
I'm so happy I bought this. The plan is clear, and the videos help out a lot. David's content is great, I'm glad I can support what he does.
I’m an out of shape dude with the body of a general manager. This plan has definitely been a workout, but not anything that makes you stop. I have enjoyed the structure of the content and I have felt a difference in my flexibility, but also strength. I recommend this to anyone who desires more flexibility in an easy to do plan.
Love David's energy and humor!

Full Body: A Complete Flexibility Plan is that book! It makes stretching feel less like some boring workout thing and more like a way to really take care of yourself and feel good in your body. If you wanna move better, feel better, and actually enjoy stretching, this is the one to read!
