Return Policy

Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all eBook and digital product sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted after purchase. Please review all product details carefully before completing your order.

Physical Product Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of your package being delivered.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt
  • Be free of bends, tears, ink marks, or structural damage (for printed plans and books)

Items returned in used or damaged condition may not be eligible for store credit.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee, deducted from the final store credit amount.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges associated with both the original shipment and the return process.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at Contact@movementbydavid.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item’s current condition

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued via digital gift card.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined above, including being unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
