I struggle with bad posture, partly because I have a poor sense of where my limbs are (I am on the autistic spectrum) and I have too much flexibility (or rather poor control, the tonus is lacking in my movements).
After just one routine, I was mind blown (and this even though I couldn't finish many of the reps to respect my body limits).My mouvements were more stable and I was naturally using muscle group I have normally a hard time using (I have that problem where I use the wrong muscle group when walking).
I do note that I do not "relax" in a movement, Engaging the muscle group that stabilize the movement of the stretch.
I love the fact I can click on the videos to have a refresh and the real good example in movement.
In conclusion this routine helps with my posture, stability and thus with the pain I had. Sleeping is more peaceful now that my back knows how to handle itself.

I’m an out of shape dude with the body of a general manager. This plan has definitely been a workout, but not anything that makes you stop.
